The RALMAX Group of Companies, based in British Columbia, Canada, and Netherlands-based sustainability innovator everox have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership focused on industrial sustainability and circular construction practices.
The agreement marks the beginning of a joint venture that will combine RALMAX’s deep expertise in demolition and building materials with everox’s advanced concrete upcycling technology. The collaboration aims to develop and operate a concrete upcycling facility in British Columbia, contributing to regional climate goals and community development.
